From Concept to Completion – an Advisory Board and its Deliverables
When a top 5 pharmaceutical company felt the need to take the pulse of the psoriasis community, they called ENA to do the job, start to finish. ENA recruited influencers, social media opinion leaders, and community volunteers and activists to form a board of educated consumers to a weekend-long retreat of workshops and brainstorming. This meeting facilitated a full understanding of the therapeutic area, the challenges in the community, and the patient perspective.
Following the meeting, ENA designed and developed full, integrated patient education programs with live, print, and web components to build equity into the brand and create ambassadors who are motivated to educate and share.
